Simple yet delicious.

Ingredients: (1 serving)
-1 2/3 cups vanilla of yogurt
-2/3-1 cup fresh/frozen of fruit
-1/2 cup of granola
Step 1. Scoop in the first layer of yogurt into the cup, think of it as 1/4 of you cup.
Step 2. For you 2nd layer, add in all of your granola and about 1/3 of your fruit.
Step 3. Add in the remaining yogurt into the cup and top it off with the rest of your fruit.
Step 4. Serve and Enjoy!
NOTE: Feel free to decrease or increase the quantity of the ingredients and layer the parfait to your liking.

It's starting to feel a lot like summer and many of us while in quarantine are trying new diets or trying to eat lighter meals. Not only is this yogurt parfait really easy to make, it also only requires around 3 ingredients ( you can add more if you wish), and it doesn't require any cooking skills. For a busy day ahead of you, this is the perfect breakfast for you.

                          EXTRA INFORMATION

You can use any type of granola you want, I actually used a Japanese cereal but it's mostly granola and it was what we had in the pantry. Usually my family doesn't buy big tubs of yogurt and it would be a lot easier if we didn't have to buy so many small cups of them so we actually got this tub of vanilla yogurt from Kroger that is 2 lbs. The picture below shows those two ingredients I used.

Granola/Cereal- Can be found at H-Mart,Ranch 99,Mitsuwa, or your local Asian supermarket. You can even buy it on Amazon.
Yogurt- Mine is from Kroger but you can buy any kind you want from anywhere, it is totally up to you.

This is a bowl version using almost the same ingredients. Instead of berries, I did only blueberries and mangoes.
