Flavorful and Effortless.

Ingredients: (makes enough for about 4-5 people)
-1 Can of Canned Chicken Breast (7 oz.)
-1/2 cup Mayonnaise
-1 1/2 tsp. of Honey (amount based on personal preference)
-1 Fuji/Gala Apple-Diced
-Black Pepper
-Your choice of toast/bread roll
Step 1: Open the canned chicken and drain out the liquid from it. Take the chunks of chicken and squeeze out most of the liquid from that as well.
Step 2: In a medium sized bowl, add in your chicken as well as 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise. Using a fork, combine both ingredients while shredding the chicken.(You can also shred the chicken before adding Mayonnaise.)
Step 3: After combining the mayonnaise and chicken, add in 1 1/2 tsp. of honey. It is best to slowly add in the honey and adjust according to your liking.
Step 4: Dice up your apple into small cubes, depending on the size of your apple you may use only half an apple or even the entire apple. It also depends on how much apple you like in your salad.
Step 5: Sprinkle in some black pepper to top it off and enjoy with some bread.
NOTE: 1. This recipe for Chicken Salad Sandwich is more plain than some other recipes you may see but is still very delicious. You can add other toppings such as celery, almonds, grapes, and more.
2. You can eat this sandwich plain with just bread and the salad like I do or add some lettuce and tomatoes. Both are delicious.
3. If you don't have canned chicken, you can use regular rotisserie chicken. It may taste slightly different but is still delicious.

This recipe is a go to meal that my family loves. It is perfect for the summer, picnics, light lunches, barbecues, and potlucks. With just a few ingredients and little time, you can whip up something super delicious. You can make bigger batches and leave in the refrigerator for up to a week but is recommended to eat within a few days.
