Mango Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients: (makes 1 bowl)
-1 1/2 cup frozen mango
chunks
-1/2 cup of apple juice
*Toppings* (ex.)
-Blueberries,raspberries
-Almonds
-Granola
-Chia Seeds
Step 1: In you blender, add in the apple juice first, then mango chunks and blend until smooth. Add more juice or mango chunks if needed.
Step 2: Scoop it into a bowl and top it with your favorite toppings.
NOTE: You can also substitute the apple juice for coconut water or add in other fruits like pineapples and bananas in besides the mango.
Every time I see a smoothie bowl online or anywhere it always looks so good and pretty that I just had to try it out. My recipe for this mango smoothie bowl only contains 2 ingredients for the base because I'm not a big fan of bananas which show up very often in smoothie bowls and I wanted to be able to taste the mango. This vibrant bowl of goodness is easy to make, simple, and healthy. It'll for sure make you fall in love with it.
