Instant Oatmeal

Perfect for a busy morning and really healthy for you.

Ingredients: 
- Instant oatmeal packets or the ones that come in a tub
- Fresh fruit of your choice, I used berries and banana
- Honey 
Step 1: Pour you packet or scoop out a spoonful of instant oatmeal and cook it according to the instructions.
Step 2: Wash and slice your fruit and place on the oatmeal, you can also add other toppings like raisins,nuts,chia seeds,etc. You can add almost anything you have in the pantry. 
Step 3: To top it off you can drizzle a bit of honey,peanut,or almond butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!

I've never been a huge fan of oatmeal and would always avoid it whenever possible, but I thought now would be the perfect time to try and step out of my comfort zone. Who knows? Maybe I could actually end up liking oatmeal. When making this, you don't have to use instant oatmeal, but if you are in a rush, I recommend using it to save time. Fresh berries and bananas go the best with oatmeal but you can always use other toppings. You could even add something that normally isn't supposed to be put into oatmeal like whip cream or chocolate syrup. Just have fun with it!
