Green Smoothie

Avocados + Spinach = Green Smoothie


Ingredients: (makes 1 big cup or 2 small cups)
-1 cup frozen mangoes
-Half an avocado
-2 handfuls/cups of spinach
-1/2 cup of water or juice
-1-3 tsp. almond powder depending on how much you like
-2-3 tbs. honey
Step 1: Add in all your ingredients into the blender. After blended, serve and enjoy immediately. 

This smoothie is a super easy recipe that you can make anytime and would be especially good for when you are on the run. It's packed full of iron, vitamins, and the good kind of fat. It's a great recipe for breakfast, post-workout, or even a healthy dessert. If you like it, you can even add in some berries or substitute any of the ingredients to something else that you have.
