French Toast

A classic, boujee breakfast dish.

Ingredients:
(makes 6 french toasts)
-6 slices of toast
-2 eggs
-1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
-2/3 cup of milk
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
Step 1: In a plate-bowl, beat your eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together.
Step 2: Heat up a lightly buttered skillet and turn on medium heat.
Step 3: Take a slice of toast and let each side soak in for a few seconds before
placing into pan.
Step 4: Cook until both
sides are golden brown.
Repeat this process until
all batter and toasts are
gone.Serve while hot. Enjoy!
-ADDITIONAL RECIPE-
( Berry Syrup )
Ingredients:
-1 cup of frozen or fresh berries (I used frozen ones)
-1/3 cup of sugar
-1/2 cup of water
-1 tbs. of lemon juice
*Stove top Way*
Step 1: In a medium saucepan or pot, combine the water,sugar, and berries all together and bring to a boil until the berries are soft.
Step 2: Add in lemon juice and continue stirring until the syrup thickens a little more. Pour the mixture into a container to store and store it in the fridge after using.
*Microwave Way*
Step 1: In a microwave safe bowl, combine the water,sugar,lemon juice, and berries all together
Step 2: Heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes, then take it out and stir. Continue microwaving until it thickens and is slightly bubbling.

This dish is super delicious and very convenient to make whenever you feel like eating it. The ingredients used in this recipe should all already be in your kitchen which makes making these even easier. Whether you eat it plain or with tons of different toppings, it doesn't matter, they all taste incredible. Make sure you try this french toast for your next breakfast!
